Steve was able to provide a very competitive insurance policy tailored to our specific needs. He gave the best advice and was very efficient. My partner is a smoker and she couldn’t believe the difference in price and how much higher her insurance would be, even so, she has now given up smoking. We will be back in contact in a couple of months’ time to sort Maxine’s policy and fingers crossed she doesn’t start smoking again! .

I like to go to Steve to quote for all of my insurance needs. I feel I can trust him to give me the best deal available and make sure the cover is right. If, as is the case with my existing Professional Photographer’s package, he thinks he cannot find a better alternative, he will tell me so, and advise me to stay with that insurer.
I have recently needed to renew my house contents policy, which was already with Steve. The renewal was to show an increase from last year, but rather than just settle for that, Steve has sourced better cover for a significant reduction.
I feel confident that should I need to make a claim, I will be better served with Steve’s advice and support, than if I had found cover online.

Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know all the paperwork has now been received for my unemployment cover. I had problem with my insurance company where the claim settlement was being delayed for internal processes. All communication with the insurance company was proving to be fruitless and stressful. It was getting to a stage where I considered taking it to the ombudsman inorder to resolve the situation. However I contacted Steve Allen who had brokered the insurance for me and he immediately took control of the situation. He personally contacted the insurance company and within the hour the situation was resolved with the director of the company personally contacting me. They informed that the claim would be settled immediately as all internal processes had now been completed and apologised for the delay and lack of information given to me.
Without Steves intervention I am sure this situation would not have been resolved so quickly.
