The way everything has been handled by Steve and his team has been exceptional and I truly could not have asked for greater or more trustworthy guidance. Whenever I called upon him for assistance he was there for me particularly when the weight of all the events and what I had to do felt too much to bear.
As a result the claim is now settled and the payment received and henceforth all of my insurance matters will be handled by Steve. I am delighted he is now my broker. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough.
I’d just like to say a huge thank you to someone who I now consider a true friend. Buying insurance over the internet is always risky when you don’t really know what you doing. I now have the peace of mind that if anything ever goes wrong or I need a little advice I have Steve as my broker to turn to.
