I had problem with my insurance company where the claim settlement was being delayed for internal processes. All communication with the insurance company was proving to be fruitless and stressful. It was getting to a stage where I considered taking it to the ombudsman inorder to resolve the situation. However I contacted Steve Allen who had brokered the insurance for me and he immediately took control of the situation. He personally contacted the insurance company and within the hour the situation was resolved with the director of the company personally contacting me. They informed that the claim would be settled immediately as all internal processes had now been completed and apologised for the delay and lack of information given to me.
Without Steves intervention I am sure this situation would not have been resolved so quickly.
